Position:
The Finance Enterprise Partner (Credit Management) (FEP CM) serves as key business partner to the commercial organization. As an FEP CM you leverage your in-depth business understanding combined with financial expertise in driving initiatives forward that are critical to delivering our commercial strategy. The FEP CM builds networks across the organization (including the Finance Excellence Partner), to share best practices and co-create solutions that generate value for the affiliate, the enterprise and the customer. As FEP CM, you are a trusted thought partner to business stakeholders and have close contact with customers, where you will ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum impact along the customer journey.

The Opportunity:
* Partner with the business and support or co-lead touchpoints alongside the customer journey with an enterprise mindset.
* Ensure financials are on track to achieve targeted business results and metrics, or advise on deviations and corrective actions
* Participate in FEP communities to learn, share and implement best practices across markets
* Stimulate behaviors across the organization aligned with financial objectives.
* Stay abreast of and scan the internal and external business landscape for trends, issues and opportunities to create value
* Engages & negotiate with customers in case of non-adherence to agreed payment terms and escalates to local Senior Management, if needed.
* Performs daily systems credit check tasks to ensure uninterrupted operations with Logistics.
* Communicates with internal stakeholders (i.e. Sales & Logistics) in case of customer's credit block and/or any other O2C process related issues.
* Creates and Maintain Customer Master data
* Is responsible for customer's credit risk assessment and proposes annual update of Credit Limits to Management.
* Initiates & Coordinates AR & Bank clearing postings in collaboration with the FSSC.
* Prepares monthly AR aging and DSO reports to Management
* Proposes Bad debt allowances, if any, to Senior Mgmt in line with internal policies
* Perform other tasks based on business needs
