Public Sector Account Executive - Belgium (excluding Education, including Healthcare)

As a Public Sector Account Executive, you will help government and healthcare institutions in Belgium reimagine how they operate, communicate, and deliver services-powered by Apple's ecosystem of hardware, software and services. You are a strategic, multilingual professional with a strong public sector network and a consultative mindset. Description

Experience in or knowledge of public healthcare ecosystems (hospitals, public health institutions, mutualités/ziekenfondsen, cross-border care platforms) is a plus. Comfortable operating within Belgium's federal structure and regional competencies, with an ability to tailor engagement accordingly. Willingness to travel across Belgium to maintain close relationships with stakeholders in all three regions. Apple's mission is to empower institutions to serve better, faster, and more inclusively. Minimum Qualifications

* Fluent in Dutch, French, and English - both written and spoken. Trilingualism is essential to navigate Belgium's institutional and linguistic complexity.
* Proven experience in consultative selling or strategic account management, within public sector and/or healthcare environments in Belgium.
* You bring a robust network across Belgian public institutions, both federal (e.g., FOD/SPF, INAMI/RIZIV, eHealth) and regional/local (e.g., Vlaamse Overheid, Service Public de Wallonie, Brussels Capital Region).
* Solid understanding of government and healthcare procurement processes, including public tendering and framework agreements.
* Familiarity with security, compliance, data privacy (e.g., GDPR, NIS2) and their implications for public service delivery.
* Demonstrated ability to achieve short-term targets while building long-term strategic value with public customers.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

* You are a compelling storyteller and presenter, able to translate complex technology into strategic impact for non-technical audiences such as senior civil servants, policy advisors, and healthcare executives.
* You demonstrate integrity, accountability, and trustworthiness in all interactions. You consistently do what's right for the customer and for Apple.
* Deep understanding of the societal priorities of public institutions-from digital inclusion and sustainability to citizen privacy and operational resilience.
* Experience developing and closing multi-stakeholder deals involving partners, system integrators, or value-added resellers.
* Ability to identify and engage key influencers across IT, policy, healthcare operations and procurement.
* You thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and know how to navigate complex organizations to build consensus and move initiatives forward.
