Doel van de functie

De Cell Therapy Lead is verantwoordelijk voor de strategische en operationele coördinatie ten behoeve van Pierre Fabre's T-cel immuuntherapie Ebvallo (tabelecleucel) in België. Deze rol combineert projectmanagement, key account management, awareness & logistieke support en fungeert als liaison met het hoofdkantoor in Frankrijk. De ideale kandidaat heeft diepgaande ervaring in hematologie en cellulaire therapieën en weet complexe stakeholderrelaties te beheren.

Kernverantwoordelijkheden

Projectmanagement & Operations

* Leidt nationale projecten rond cellulaire therapieën van concept tot uitvoering.
* Werkt sterk samen met multidisciplinaire teams (medical, sales, market access, supply chain).
* Zorgt voor naleving van deadlines, budgetten en kwaliteitsnormen.
* Identificeert risico's en ontwikkelt mitigerende strategieën.

Key Account Management

* Bouwt en onderhoudt relaties met strategische ziekenhuizen en behandelcentra.
* Ondersteunt implementatie van celtherapie behandelingsprotocollen.
* Zorgt voor een optimale patiënt journey en logistieke afstemming.

Awareness & Logistieke Support

* Verhoogt bewustzijn rond cellulaire therapieën bij zorgprofessionals en stakeholders.
* Ondersteunt ziekenhuizen bij het opzetten van logistieke processen voor toediening en opvolging.
* Coördineert educatieve initiatieven en informatiesessies in samenwerking met medische teams.
* Zorgt voor afstemming tussen lokale operationele noden en internationale supply chain strategieën.

Liaison met hoofdkantoor in Frankrijk

* Vertegenwoordigt België in internationale projectmeetings.
* Zorgt voor afstemming van lokale en internationale strategieën.
* Rapporteert voortgang, uitdagingen en successen aan het hoofdkantoor.

Who you are ?

Opleiding & Ervaring

* Master in Biomedische Wetenschappen, Farmacie, Geneeskunde of gelijkwaardig.
* Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in hematologie, bij voorkeur met cellulaire therapieën (eg. CAR-T).
* Ervaring in projectmatig werken en cross-functionele samenwerking.
* Kennis van Belgische gezondheidszorgstructuren en terugbetalingsprocessen.

Wetenschappelijke & Klinische Expertise

* Sterke wetenschappelijke basis om klinische vraagstukken te begrijpen en te ondersteunen.
* In staat om medische informatie te vertalen naar operationele en commerciële strategieën.
* Ervaring in samenwerking met artsen, klinische teams en medische afdelingen.
* Begrip van klinische studies, behandelprotocollen en patiëntselectiecriteria.

Vaardigheden

* Sterke communicatieve en relationele vaardigheden.
* Strategisch inzicht gecombineerd met hands-on mentaliteit.
* Vloeiend in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
* Ervaring met GMP, compliance en medische ethiek is een plus.
