You plan, develop and execute capital projects by supporting technical developments, feasibility perspectives of engineering-related activities in supply chain and capital expense project execution to support growth, world-class manufacturing and productivity with the highest levels of quality, safety and environmental requirements. You will follow Mondelēz business and innovation processes in project management and ensure that Mondelēz standards are adhered to.

How you will contribute

To ensure that accurate budgets, plans and fit-for-purpose technical solutions are delivered, you will work with key stakeholders to define and deliver the capital and technical agendas during the development phases of capital investment projects. You will develop capital budgets according to the contract and forecast cash flow, ensure that engineering developments and standards are implemented, and support the development and implementation of state-of-the art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets and rollout best practices. In this role, you will support capital project execution and will be accountable for the quality and results of the capital projects per Mondelēz standards, and our business and innovation processes in project management.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Je bent de drijvende kracht achter het optimaliseren, valideren en opschalen van voedselverwerkingsprocessen, en je fungeert als hét aanspreekpunt voor technische expertise binnen de plant.

Optimalisatie van productieprocessen

* Procesverbetering: Je analyseert productielijnen, identificeert bottlenecks en verhoogt output, snelheid en stabiliteit.
* Kostenreductie: Je vermindert verspilling, energieverbruik en afvalstromen door slimme procestechnologie.
* Technologie-implementatie: Je introduceert nieuwe technologieën zoals cobots, AI-gestuurde systemen en geavanceerde verpakkingstechnieken.

Kwaliteit & voedselveiligheid
* Hygienic Design: Je past hygiënisch ontwerp toe om contaminatie te voorkomen en reiniging te optimaliseren.
* Validatie: Je valideert kritische processtappen zoals pasteurisatie en sterilisatie.
* Troubleshooting: Je onderzoekt kwaliteitsafwijkingen en implementeert duurzame oplossingen.

Productontwikkeling & opschaling
* Scale-up: Je vertaalt labrecepturen naar stabiele, industriële productieprocessen.
* Pilot tests: Je begeleidt proefdraaien voor nieuwe producten en optimaliseert procesparameters (tijd, temperatuur, druk).

Ondersteuning & training
* Kennisoverdracht: Je traint operators en technische teams in nieuwe machines en processen.
* Technisch advies: Je bent de vraagbaak voor onderhoud, kwaliteit, R&D en andere teams.

Ervaring

* Een achtergrond en/of Masterdiploma in food technology, procestechniek of een vergelijkbare richting.
* Ervaring in een productieomgeving (bij voorkeur food/FMCG).
* Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een passie voor procesoptimalisatie.
* Kennis van voedselveiligheidsnormen, hygiënisch ontwerp en validatie.
* Een proactieve, oplossingsgerichte mindset en de drive om continu te verbeteren.
* Communicatieve kracht: je kunt complexe materie helder uitleggen aan verschillende teams.
