Jouw rol:

Jij bent het hart van ons QA-team en zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse activiteiten soepel verlopen en we de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen handhaven. Je dagelijkse taken bestaan uit het beoordelen van productie- en QC-checklists, het monitoren van gegevens op afwijkingen en het signaleren van verbeteringskansen. Je beheert ons archiveringssysteem, bent actief aanwezig op de productievloer en werkt nauw samen met collega's om continue verbeteringen op te sporen en uit te voeren. Deze rol is perfect voor je als je georganiseerd bent, goed op details let en echt geïnteresseerd bent in hoe kwaliteitssystemen betere resultaten opleveren. Je ondersteunt ons team met administratieve taken en bouwt tegelijkertijd een solide basis in kwaliteitsbeheer op - ideaal als je graag wilt groeien naar een specialistische rol.

Wie jij bent:

* Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in kwaliteit, productie of een gerelateerd vakgebied, of een wetenschappelijke opleiding met gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring.

* Je bent zelfstandig en flexibel, kunt dagelijkse routinekwesties aanpakken en weet wanneer je deze moet escaleren naar senior specialisten.

* Je begrijpt dataintegriteitsprincipes (ALCOA) en hebt ervaring met documentatiebeoordeling en kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen.

* Je bent comfortabel met statistieken en analytisch denken - je herkent patronen en doet praktische verbetervoorstellen.

* Je beheerst MS Office en kunt zelfverzekerd met gegevens, rapporten en spreadsheets werken.

* Je spreekt Nederlands vloeiend; Engels is een groot voordeel.

* Je hebt uitstekende probleemoplossingsvaardigheid en echte integriteit - je neemt kwaliteit serieus en stelt jezelf aan hoge normen.

* Je bent graag bereid om te leren en bent echt geïnteresseerd in hoe kwaliteitsprocessen veiligere en betere producten ondersteunen.
