As Senior S&OP Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and continuously improving the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process in Red Bull Brazil, ensuring alignment across Commercial, Logistics, Customer Service and Global teams. Acting as a key business partner, you will drive collaboration, challenge demand assumptions, influence stakeholders and ensure the execution of a robust planning process that supports product availability, service level and business growth. This role also plays an important part in new product launches, global reporting and operational excellence initiatives, while leading a team and fostering a high-performance culture.

Lead the S&OP Process

* Own and continuously improve the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring strong governance and cross-functional alignment.
* Drive discussions with Commercial, Logistics and Customer teams, challenging assumptions and ensuring adherence to planning timelines and processes.
* Lead the monthly S&OP cycle, consolidating demand scenarios, facilitating decision-making and ensuring high forecast accuracy.

Planning & Product Availability

* Ensure product availability through effective demand planning, inventory management and import planning while balancing service levels and operational costs.
* Monitor the execution of S&OP outputs across Logistics and Customer teams, ensuring alignment between planning and operational execution.
* Coordinate New Product Development (NPD) planning, ensuring successful launches, phase-ins and phase-outs.

Stakeholder Management

* Build strong partnerships with local, regional and Global teams, acting as the main point of contact with Headquarters for planning activities and reporting.
* Collaborate closely with Commercial, Marketing, Procurement, Logistics and Customer Service teams to support business objectives.
* Manage relationships with logistics partners and suppliers through clear performance indicators.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

* Lead and develop the Planning team, providing coaching, feedback and support for professional growth.
* Drive continuous improvements in planning processes, promoting operational excellence and a culture of accountability.
* Support strategic projects related to planning, importation and supply chain optimization.

EXPERIÊNCIA

Suas áreas de conhecimento e expertise

que são mais relevantes para a vaga:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or related fields.
*
Previous experience leading the S&OP process in a consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
*
Solid experience with Demand Planning and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
*
Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory management and planning processes.
*
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, influencing Commercial, Logistics and Customer teams.
*
Advanced English is required, with the ability to communicate confidently with Global teams.
*
Previous people management experience.
*
Knowledge of logistics, importation and product launch processes is a plus.
*
