Job Description:

The Communications Manager will work with a team of professionals to support the execution of large-and-small activations across multiple platforms. In this role, you will support the delivery of communications programs that promote internal awareness, and drive registration for highly visible events. You will work alongside senior team members and stakeholders to help generate excitement and drive attendee engagement. You will dive into key aspects of the team in order to create content and communications that is both informative and engaging.

There will be interviews in English to test the level, and they may be conducted with interviewers from outside Brazil.

Key job responsibilities
- Support the communications and marketing work stream for BR Transportation Execution, contributing to alignment with key stakeholder groups

- Assist in the development of end-to-end communication plans detailing deliverables, owners, and deadlines, under the guidance of senior team members

- Apply creative marketing tactics to support program awareness, generate excitement, and encourage attendees and stakeholders to take necessary actions

- Help maintain an ongoing team-wide calendar, including BR Transportation Execution-hosted and events

- Write compelling copy for briefing documents, emails, web pages.

- Create instructional content around event-related activities like registration and travel booking that are easy-to-follow

- Support the execution of communication strategies across a variety of channels such as all-hands meetings, newsletters, and chat groups.

About the team
The Trans Execution BR team at AMZL Brazil is a newly established, high-impact function responsible for the end-to-end management of Brazil's delivery network. Our scope encompasses capacity planning, demand forecasting, scheduling and route optimization, and risk management across all delivery channels. We are building this team from the ground up, with a mission to transform a highly manual, Excel-driven process into a scalable, automated, and data-driven operation that serves the full spectrum of Amazon's delivery models in Brazil.
We operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where operational rigor and innovative thinking go hand in hand. We are part of a global community of Trans Execution teams, with counterparts in Japan, India, and other geographies, and we actively collaborate across borders to share best practices and co-develop technology solutions. Our team is growing rapidly, and we are looking for people who are excited to build something new, solve hard problems, and make a measurable impact on Amazon's delivery network in Brazil

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience in stakeholder management and communication management
- Experience analyzing data to make business decisions
- Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent
- Proficiency in visual design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), or Figma; experience creating visual assets for digital and event communications.
- Advanced English in reading and writing, and intermediate conversational English.
- Experience working in supply chain, transportation, project management or management consulting
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company, or experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
