How you will contribute
You will implement pilot projects to drive disruptive ideas across the organization, using the learnings from these projects to inform decisions on whether to incorporate them as a portfolio project or to introduce them as a new proof of concept. You will also get to experiment with cutting-edge technologies while at the same time building strong partnerships within the business to build a strong pipeline of ideas to pursue. In addition, you will get to bring the outside in by building relationships with start-ups and building your knowledge of actual proof-of-concept cases, and scope, align, adopt and leverage technology for respective learnings and pilots.

As a Senior Manager Consumer Experience (CX) Digital Lead at MDLZ, you will be instrumental in shaping intelligent brand experiences across all Content, Data and Martech touchpoints. This pivotal role within the BU CX Team champions data-driven thinking, leverages generative AI, optimizes marketing technology, and defines Owned & Earned Media strategies to deliver personalized, relevant, and emotionally resonant consumer journeys. You will bridge marketing needs with technological solutions, drive comprehensive data strategy, and ensure seamless execution and continuous optimization to bring brand purpose to life, reporting to the CX BU Lead.
How you will contribute
· Define strategic vision for Owned & Earned (O&E) experiences, guiding the development and optimization of digital content, campaigns, and influencer engagement to build personalized and emotionally resonant consumer journeys.
· Architect the integration of Generative AI (GenAI) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) to revolutionize creative adaptation and accelerate the production of high-impact digital content, fostering an adaptive storytelling capability across O&E channels, working closely with global COE.
· Partner with CX Media lead to orchestrate cross-functional alignment with Brand, Media, IT, and Agencies teams to strategically integrate paid, owned, and earned touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and impactful consumer journey strategy.
· Formulate and oversee the BU's comprehensive Consumer Data Strategy and CRM roadmap, establishing data governance, compliance frameworks, and driving significant database growth in collaboration with legal and technology partners.
· Pioneer the strategic application of AI and advanced data activation to unlock personalization at scale, optimize creative effectiveness, and design sophisticated consumer experience journeys through intelligent segmentation and acquisition.
· Support the strategic evolution and adoption of the BU's marketing technology ecosystem, translating overarching experience requirements into a robust technology vision and product roadmap that drives significant business value.
· Establish and enforce governance standards for the MarTech stack, fostering strategic integrations and optimizing supplier partnerships to ensure a scalable, efficient, and future-proof digital marketing infrastructure.
· Direct the analytics and insights framework for O&E channels and consumer data, leveraging strategic insights to inform and continuously optimize content, campaigns, and the broader digital experience strategy.
· Cultivate high-level partnerships with external agencies and internal stakeholders (Brand, CX, MDS, I&A, Legal, Security) to ensure strategic cohesion, maximize collaboration, and deliver integrated business outcomes.

The ideal background of a Digital Lead:
· Years of progressive experience in digital marketing, MarTech, or digital transformation, with a strong focus on digital content creation, consumer data activation, and marketing technology management.
· Deep knowledge of online platforms, social media channels, digital marketing tactics, and content strategy/planning.
· Proficiency across digital tech tools and platforms, including websites, apps, data platforms (CDP/CEP), CRM, email marketing, and content management systems.
· Strong understanding and application of AI technology, especially generative AI, for creative and digital content.
· Experience in building and managing CRM platforms and driving consumer data acquisition strategies.
