Claims Handler (Standard Claims)

Job Description:

What you do
* Assess and process standard insurance claims accurately.
* Verify and review necessary documentation for claims processing.
* Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather information and provide updates.
* Ensure timely settlements in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

What you bring
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with insurance claims processes and regulations is a plus.
* Basic familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
