Salary: 2,400 BGN + bonus up to 300 BGN/month + signing bonus of 3,000 BGN

Key Responsibilities
* Provide professional support for products and services while maintaining high customer satisfaction
* Use CRM software, ticketing systems, and other tools to address customer needs
* Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat
* Resolve inquiries within agreed SLAs, using knowledge bases and protocols
* Meet or exceed performance goals (call handling, first-call resolution, customer satisfaction)
* Collaborate with teammates to share best practices
* Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on product knowledge
Requirements
* Fluent in Slovak and English
