Job Description:

Coordinador BIM - Área Oficina Técnica.

Objetivo del Cargo

* Asegurar la implementación eficiente y el control riguroso de la metodología BIM en proyectos de obras subterráneas, garantizando integración multidisciplinaria y coherencia técnica para optimizar procesos y reducir riesgos.

Principales Responsabilidades

* Coordinar integración de modelos BIM entre disciplinas.
* Supervisar aplicación de estándares BIM.
* Gestionar interoperabilidad entre plataformas.
* Controlar actualización de modelos y planos.
* Reportar indicadores BIM.
* Capacitar al personal técnico.

Funciones Generales

* Participar en reuniones técnicas.
* Mantener comunicación con proveedores.
* Elaborar informes de avances y desviaciones.

Funciones Específicas del Área

* Validar compatibilidad técnica de modelos.
* Apoyar planificación digital (simulación 4D).
* Gestionar documentación y control de versiones.

Funciones Específicas del Cargo

* Implementar protocolos BIM en túneles y galerías.
* Realizar clash detection.
* Integrar datos geotécnicos.
* Supervisar modelos as-built.

Requisitos Excluyentes

* Formación: Ingeniero Civil, Arquitecto, Ingeniero Constructor o Constructor Civil.
* Experiencia:
* 5 años en proyectos de infraestructura.
* 2 años en proyectos interdisciplinarios complejos con BIM.
* Software: Manejo avanzado de REVIT, NAVISWORKS, SYNCHRO PRO.
* Capacitación: Cursos o diplomados en BIM.

Certificaciones

* BIM Manager o equivalente.
* Deseable ISO 19650.
* Curso en Prevención de Riesgos en Obras Subterráneas.

Competencias Técnicas

* Modelación avanzada.
* Gestión de interoperabilidad.
