Job Responsibilities / Role

* Providing L2 support during the New York trading hours.
* Be able to investigate issues reported by both the traders as well as the L1 support team.
* Deliver fixes to identified issues and change requests coming in from the US Darwin end users.
* Take responsibility for the software delivery by ensuring quality and scope expectations are met.
* Contribute and take ownership of the technical design and ensure all aspects of the system architecture are well documented.
