Integration Retail Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Integration Retail Lead to drive end-to-end integration solutions within the retail domain. This role requires deep expertise in POS and RFID systems, strong integration knowledge, and proven leadership in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead integration initiatives for retail systems, ensuring seamless connectivity between POS, RFID, and enterprise platforms.
* Design and implement integration solutions using tools such as TIBCO, Kafka, and other middleware technologies.
* Develop and maintain API specifications and functional documentation for integration projects.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, manage expectations, and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
* Oversee offshore teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timely delivery.
* Drive configuration and optimization of LSC POS and RFID applications.
* Ensure compliance with best practices for system integration, security, and scalability.

Key Requirements

* Language: Proficiency in English and Spanish (local language support).
* Experience: Minimum 8+ years in the retail domain with strong knowledge of POS and RFID applications.
* Hands-on experience with LSC POS and RFID configurations.
* Strong integration expertise with tools such as TIBCO, Kafka, and related technologies.
* Proven ability to write API specifications and functional documentation.
* Solid project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience coordinating offshore teams and managing distributed delivery models.

Preferred Skills

* Knowledge of cloud-based integration platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
* Familiarity with microservices architecture and modern API frameworks.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
