Your new role
As a Marketing Analyst, you will:
Support the execution of the strategic obesity marketing plan in Chile.
Develop and manage promotional materials and coordinate marketing initiatives.
Organise and execute events, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Implement tactical plans on digital platforms and strategic marketing solutions.
Collaborate with agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality materials and promotions.
Monitor and analyse the performance of digital activities to optimise results.
Assist in budget management and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following:
Need to have:
* A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field and fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
* At least 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or commercial roles, preferably in pharmaceutical, retail, or consumer/digital industries.
* Experience in executing tactical marketing plans, including event coordination and promotional merchandise.
* Proficiency in managing content and working with agencies and vendors.
* Familiarity with budget management and performance analysis of digital activities.
Nice to have:
* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in obesity
* Familiarity with platforms such as Content Hub, PromoMats, or the IO Engage add-on.
* Previous experience with Novo Nordisk teams (e.g., as an intern).
* Knowledge of the Chilean market.
