**Engineer Process KGZ CVS** **Description** * Set\-up and operation of blow moulding machines to ensure day to day normal production\. * Retooling of moulds, tools and gadgets * Coordination of assigned operators to ensure production, retooling and adjustment of machines * Ensure compliance to EHS guidelines and procedures * Analyze all defected products including lessons learned and scrap rate to reduce the scrap rate * Participate in Continuous improvement activities * Optimize the production flow through quality assurance after optimization of production machines * Documentation of events in the shift book and Change Point Management\. * Planning and executing from proactive and reactive improvement activities under consideration of important process key figues \(e\.g\. OEE, rejects, process capability\) * Establish process document, standardize the process * Testing of new and/or improved technics regarding the blowmoulding process and further development to maturity phase * Consideration of guidelines and procedures, especially ISO 14001,OHSAS 18001 and the actual version of the TS 16949 * Responsible / Adjustment of parameters related to the blowmoulding process Responsible for the execution of ECN **Qualifications** * Apprenticeship as process mechanic or comparable education * experience in plastics industry prefer * Experience in optimizing injection moulding products * Knowledge about energy sources \(electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic\) * Knowledge of relevant quality control schemes * Knowledge of different measure techniques \(z\.B\. calipers, gauges\) * Knowledge of EHS guidelines * Good PC Knowledge * Good English skills is preferred Applying useful tools \( A3, PDCA, 5 why\) to find root cause \. **Recruiting Company:** Kautex **Primary Location:** China-CN-Guangzhou CVS **Job Function:** Manufacturing **Schedule:** Full-time **Job Level:** Individual Contributor **Job Type:** Standard **Shift:** First Shift **Job Posting:** 01/13/2026, 2:30:37 AM **Job Number:** 338518
