Engineer AME KGZ CVS
Description
* Responsible for manufacturing processes/ methods according Kautex Standards
* Responsible for the Coordination of launch activities , design, build and commissioning of new product lines and modifications
* Support regional AM Team by defining SOW
* Be responsible and perform FLOW CHART / PFMEA / STW / WI.
* Ensure your participation for Design Review and Drawing review
* Ensure transfer of technical knowledge and prevent reoccurrence of failures
* Solve production troubles like injection, welding, assembly and testing problems, fire fighting in the plant
* Be responsible for successful sampling and launch of equipment, develop and follow up timing plan and actions
* Plan and manage plant capex for new project.
* Plan and manage plant production capacity.
* Support purchases department during the supplier nomination process for process equipment, take part at concept meetings, check concept to our specifications
* Consideration of guidelines and procedures, especially ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 and the actual version of the IATF16949
Qualifications
* Technical apprenticeship or comparable education
* Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles
* Understanding of production and program based schedules
* Risk Management / FMEA / flow chart/ WI
* Good command of primary language of plant is mandatory
* English language skills would be beneficial
