Engineer AME KGZ CVS
Description
* Responsible for manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with Kautex standards.
* Coordinate launch activities, including design, build, commissioning, and modification of production lines.
* Develop and maintain process documentation, including Flow Charts and Work Instructions.
* Participate in design reviews and drawing reviews to ensure manufacturability and process readiness.
* Lead successful equipment sampling and product launch activities, including project timing and action follow-up.
* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to injection molding, welding, assembly, and testing processes.
* Plan and manage plant capacity and capital expenditure (CAPEX) for new projects and process improvements.
* Support supplier selection and process equipment sourcing while ensuring compliance with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and IATF 16949 requirements
Qualifications
* Technical apprenticeship or comparable education
* Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles
* Understanding of production and program based schedules
* Risk Management / FMEA / flow chart/ WI
* Good command of primary language of plant is mandatory
* English language skills would be beneficial
