Job Description:

* Develop close working relationships with hotel managers and general staff in order to create cooperative and friendly communication channels and obtain feedback on training progress.

* Liaise with departmental trainers to ensure that they can perform their role smoothly.

* Provide support for the annual training needs analysis of hotel employees.

* Maintain and update training records of all training activities and courses for all hotel employees.
