Job Description:
The Data & AI Strategy Coordinator at Nola Cluster is responsible for driving the adoption, integration, and optimization of data and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions across the organization. This role serves as a bridge between business units, technical teams, and global teams to ensure that data-driven insights and AI technologies are leveraged to enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and innovation.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Data & AI Strategy Implementation: Support the development and execution of the company's data and AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Promote a Data-Driven Culture: Foster an environment where data is valued as a strategic asset. Organize workshops, training sessions, and communication campaigns to encourage data literacy and analytical thinking across all departments.

Lead and Foster AI Adoption: Guide cross-functional teams in identifying opportunities for AI implementation. Advocate for AI solutions that address business challenges and improve operational efficiency, ensuring ethical and responsible use.

Enable Data Analytics Tools: Lead the deployment and effective use of data analytics platforms and tools. Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure seamless integration, accessibility, and user adoption.

Implement AI-Driven Process Optimization Initiatives: Design and execute projects that leverage AI to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and enhance productivity. Monitor project outcomes and adjust strategies to maximize impact aligned with global guidance and solutions.

Innovation & Best Practices: Stay up to date with emerging trends in data science and AI; promote the adoption of new technologies and methodologies that drive value for the Nola Cluster.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Life Sciences, or related field.

Proven experience coordinating data and AI projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
*
Strong understanding of data management, analytics, and AI technologies, including cloud platforms and machine learning tools.
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
*
Project management skills, with the ability to deliver initiatives on time and within scope.
*
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
