Position Overview:
The Contributor Relations Analyst will have two primary mandates:
1. Partnership with and support of the region's Contributor Relationship Managers to aid in the onboarding of new real time data contributions
2. Expert-level support of Refinitiv's existing content contributors.

The Contributor Relations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Contributor Relations Managers in the maintenance of relationships with multi-level contacts across real time contributed data pricing, including the onboarding and support of financial institutions in providing data contributions to LSEG's platform. Day-to-day workflow will include customer service for multiple data contributors, acting as a liaison with various internal operations teams, and other supportive activities as necessary.

This particular role will have a focus on the support and expansion of the US Structured Note Broker Quote Service and custom baskets which, in addition to the description above, will include:
o Gap analysis and coverage request reviews
o Price Challenges
o Direct collaboration with contributors to source contributions, check pricing, and resolve publishing issues

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial markets and excellent communication skills.
Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Support relationships with data contributors through regular contact via email and phone
* Assist in the onboarding of new contributed data to expand the contributor base of real time data
* Provide reactive customer support to existing contributors
* Work with our Contributor Operations team in response to customer questions regarding pricing levels and data classification
* Participation in global projects focused on the improvement of our contributed data records and coverage

Qualification:
Education:
BA/BS Business, Economics, Finance or related field or fnancial markets experience
Required Skills (Must have), Necessary industry Experience & associated number of years of experience:
* Knowledge of financial market fundamentals or financial information services
* Superior written and verbal communication skills/excellent interpersonal skills
* Proactive work ethic
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
* Customer focused outlook
* Fluent in both Spanish and English
Desired Skills (Nice to have in addition to the Required Skills), Necessary industry Experience & associated number of years of experience:
* Familiarity with one or more financial information platforms
* Experience with over-the-counter financial instruments
