Job Description:
Procurement Analyst II gives support and service to users in all matters related to purchasing of goods, equipment, and services. Procurement Analyst II will manage the relationship with the supplier that involves a wide variety of simple and medium complex requisites for products/services.
Procurement Analyst II should support users through knowledge and best practices for purchasing implementation, while guarantees compliance of policy, procedures, laws, and regulations.
Procurement Analyst II should use multiple corporative systems at intermediate and expert user level, as well as evaluate options of suppliers for medium complexity projects.
Essential functions
* Orientate users for adequate purchasing of goods and services within existing policy.
* Revise and process requisitions made by users. Ensure all requisitions meet the criteria established in policy before processing into purchase orders.
* Evaluate suppliers according to parameters and adjudication procedures defined in procurement policy.
* Identify areas of opportunity in current procedures and implement changes to improve and speed up current procedures.
* Execute purchasing procedures through quotations and proposals comparison.
* Orientate users about available contracts and approved purchasing agreements to obtain better cost, quality, service, and terms.
* Ensure compliance of determined service level agreements (SLAs).
* Support stakeholders to resolve any issues related to the PR-PO process, as well as supporting the catalog process.
* Generating quote comparisons for the spot buy process to contribute to internal supplier selection based on the quotes.
* Monitoring expend amount being bought through free text vrs purchasing through catalog, and identify opportunities to implement new catalogs, and support users throughout the of catalogs.
* Generate key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), and monitor and report on them regularly.
* Work on project automations throughout power BI, Power apps or power Automate.
* Implement controls and checks to ensure purchasing transactions are following the right process that aligns with the GB purchasing policy
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree Administration- in progress bachelor´s degree
* 1 -2 years of experience in purchasing management
* Advanced English level
* Market analysis and research methodology
* Experience working with corporate Spend suppliers and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar software
