Ensure the correct operation of change control system, complying with the requirements and procedures established by the company and external regulatory bodies.
Your role:
* Ensure timely collaboration and support for all recurring NPIs and sustaining changes, including approval of Change Tasks in PLM and coordination of implementation dates.
* Administer Change Request Board (CRB) meetings and participate in project accountability meetings to ensure alignment with change management timelines.
* Provide guidance, training, and supporting materials (e.g., visual aids, checklists) for Change Management users, and maintain the SharePoint site with updated job aids.
* Develop and monitor metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the document management system, and drive process improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
* Act as Change Management SME, supporting improvement projects and audits (internal and external), including audit preparation activities such as prepull.
You're the right fit if:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
* Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (oral and written) and experience with Quality Management Systems, including GMP, FDA regulations, and Quality System Regulations.
* Experience with PLM systems, document control/change analyst roles (minimum 1 year), and at least 3 years in the medical device industry.
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, Visio, and general computer applications, with knowledge of procedure writing and training (preferred).

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
This role is an office role.
