Field Service Engineer
Location: Zagreb

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team.
What will you do?
* Technical support to customers, sales and project team in the field of production program
* Elaboration and revision of technical documentation for projects, as well as support to specifiers
* Preparation of product offers and solutions from the production program
* Promotion and education of business partners about SE products and solutions
* Reporting on monthly activities to the superior
* Performing technical field service on various Schneider Electric equipment
* Performing electricity quality measurements at the customer's premises and make a reports
* Putting Schneider Electric equipment into operation, testing equipment
* Resolving technical complaints
* Participating in technical trainings
* Implementation of instructions and measures for safety and health at work
What qualifications will make you succesful:
* Technical background, University degree
* Experience reading and interpreting schematics, drawings, and theory of operation manuals
* Good communication and problem solving skills
* Fluency in written and spoken English
* Passion for learning and continuous improvement
* You don't think in terms of problems, but find solutions
