Job Description:
The Customer support specialist position covers the functional responsibility for the receive and split requests from multiple channels.
Do you have experience with customer care/call center, contract support or related processes?

You will support us in following tasks:
* Dealing with customer requests
* Direct answers or forwarding request to the responsible persons.
* Managing requests and its lifecycle in internal system.
* Communication with customers via phone, email and contact form.
* Communication with internal partners.
Who are we looking for?
* Communicative person who likes to learn new things.
* German language: Advanced in reading, writing, and speaking
* English language: basic in reading, writing and speaking
* Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
* Ability to express oneself clearly, listen, be emphatic, and to deal with the partner's problem in an objective and focused manner
* Team spirit, sociable, cooperative, and customer oriented
