Key responsibilities
As our new Quality Specialist Advisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and completeness of shipments in our warehouse. You will monitor and control the warehouse process, including the timing of cargo arrival and delivery, ULD build-up and breakdown. Your attention to detail and ability to identify opportunities for improvement will be essential in ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will also be accountable for regularly aligning with Hub Management to address any process deviations and identify opportunities for optimization.

Other responsibilities
· Daily stock check of equipment.
· Check Warehouse in and outflows (actual vs target)
· Reporting of irregularities in the warehouse process
· Support in daily ULD Inventory counting and count accuracy.
· Reduction of irregularities (wrong loading, damage, ULD build-up)
· Ensure (COMPANY NAME) Service standard is kept.
· Connection between Office & Warehouse

Who are we looking for
