Manager, Surgical Product/Brand Marketing - Downstream PEEC

Job Description:

The Manager, Surgical Product/Brand Marketing - Downstream (Management Path), is primarily responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for surgical products, ensuring effective product placement and profitability. You will guide and manage others to achieve corporate goals, conduct market research, and collaborate with product development throughout the product lifecycle. Specifics include:

* Define product strategy in agreement with local management and the global marketing department for surgical products
* Develop brand strategy, promotional campaigns, and tactical plans within marketing budgets for surgical products
* Implement and execute supporting tactical plans and projects, including central and regionally initiated marketing activities, for surgical products
* Conduct market research programs and provide market insights and opportunities through customer interactions, focusing on surgical products
* Monitor, analyze, and control product performance, brand budgets, forecasts, and expenses using appropriate tools for surgical products
* Lead the cross-functional local or regional brand team for surgical products
* Develop promotional activities in line with internal Standard Operating Procedures and Code of Conduct guidelines for surgical products
