Team

(COMPANY NAME) has just launched (COMPANY NAME) Music, a music streaming app that aims to become a major player in the industry.
Starting with a focus on Electronic music and with a goal to expand to other genres in the future, (COMPANY NAME) Music is completely rethinking the music streaming model to remunerate artists better, offer a brand new experience for music discovery, and much more.
(COMPANY NAME) Music is divided into Publishing (sourcing artists and providing top content), Product (developing the platform), and Growth (user acquisition).
You will be joining the Publishing team.

Role

* We are looking for a Music Publishing Manager interested in creating something bigger. To succeed in this role, you must have a great passion for music and house/dance music in general. You will be responsible for:

* Sourcing high-potential artists
* Convincing artists to join the project and produce tracks exclusively for the app
* Onboarding and coaching artists to make sure they produce the best tracks possible
* Identifying ways to accelerate and automate the sales process

* You will report to and work directly with the Publishing Manager Lead

Profile

* You hold a master's degree from a top-tier business or engineering school
* Minimum 2 years of work experience in a strategic role in a start/scale-up or Major company.
* You are passionate about music
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
* Analytical and numbers-driven
* Sales experience is a plus
* Great interpersonal skills and openness to feedback
* Fluent in English and French
