(COMPANY NAME) France Industrie brings together the production and marketing of industrial gases in France with four complementary business lines : Large Industry, Industrial Merchant, Electronics and Hydrogen. The subsidiary has 2,300 employees at 80 sites across the country and serves more than 300,000 customers, from the artisan to petrochemical manufacturers, from analytical laboratories to semiconductors and metallurgy.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Procurement is a major support to the performance of our operations. In order to accelerate and boost its contribution to Group objectives, Europe procurement has undertaken in recent years a significant transformation of its mindset, organization, buying strategies, processes and tools, focusing on developing more business centricity with the operations and capturing more value from the suppliers' markets.

Within the Europe Procurement organization, and reporting to the South West Buyers Manager (team of 15 colleagues), your main missions involves :

1. Sourcing Strategy
- Lead & follow-up of activities of > 20 KEUR in the defined category scope, including contracting, supplier creation and implementation of EU FWA agreements
- Analyse requirements and challenge specifications with Maintenance teams, selection of potential suppliers
- Identify Catalogue/CSP/MV opportunities, improvement in Sourcing Process (E-RFX / E-auction), working closely together with Direct Buyers and Tactical team
- Based on yearly Maintenance Budget and close cooperation with Stakeholders, identify Procurement efficiencies with a focus of avoided OPEX or CAPEX, via bundling of Needs of locations, creation of Contracts and RFQ's

2. Supporting Category Strategy
- Ensure use and implementation of the category strategy of all defined categories in the different sourcing activities and projects
- Take into account category strategies and preferred supplier actions
- Be the first level of support on claims within allocated scope
- Establish measures and controls to ensure successful implementation of the EU/Global projects & FWA contracts in the regions

3. Contract Implementation & management
- Manage local and regional contracts, supplier relationships by conducting yearly operational business reviews with selected suppliers
- Follow the contract compliance, manage the yearly indexation of contracts, volume rebates, check if conditions are inline

4. Suppliers Relationship Management
- Lead SRM activities for regional suppliers : supplier strategy, evaluations, review and audit, innovation initiatives, internal promotion of supplier
- Animate the supplier qualification and audit process in collaboration with inspection teams, HSEQ and technical experts
- Contribute to supplier risk identification and mitigation to ensure compliance with risk mapping regulation
- Support in Corporate Social Program (CSP) nomination process (validation)

5. Stakeholders management
- Develop and manage relationship with internal customers , to create a proximity and build recognition of the procurement functions
- Develop internal customer feedback regarding suppliers

6. Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to create Procurement and Business Efficiencies

7. Reporting
- Report regulary and follow-up savings in Saving Reporting Sheet (SRS), and keeping it up to date
- Provide periodic activity reporting to the manager on actual and projected savings related to activities

Are you a MATCH?

This job is for you if you have a Master degree in Procurement, Business or Engineering with a proven experience in a similar job of over 3-5 years, ideally in the industrial sector. An experience with SEVESO-classified installations is a plus.

You are safety and results oriented with also a strong internal client orientation.
As a very organized person, you will have to demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to work in multi disciplinary and cultural teams.

Fluent english is a must to work in an international environment.
