Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive support to the CFO in daily operations and strategic financial projects
* Plan, coordinate, and track appointments, meetings, and business trips to ensure optimal scheduling
* Prepare and organize internal and external meetings, including setting agendas and coordinating follow-ups
* Develop and present financial reports, presentations, and decision-making documents to support strategic planning
* Act as a liaison between internal departments and external partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
* Take on special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and initiative
* Ensure a seamless flow of information within the company, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy

Skills and Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
* Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably within a financial or corporate environment
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
* Korean and English language skills required
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of confidentiality
