What you'll do

As an Associate User Assistance Developer, you'll contribute to the development of the Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) and tools used to build business software with ABAP.

After a comprehensive onboarding, you will:

* Create and maintain user assistance artifacts, such as online documentation and user guides

* Work with state-of-the art authoring tools like DITA CMS

* Help our users to benefit from generative AI capabilities in our ABAP tooling-transforming how business applications are developed

* Tailor our product documentation and rollout material to our target audience of mainly ABAP developers

What you bring

You have a solid academic background with a degree in Technical Writing or a related technical field. We're looking for someone with:

* The ability to understand technical concepts and to elegantly express complex information in a clear and precise manner

* Practical experience with developing software in at least one programming language

* Fluent communication skills in both German and English
