* Disciplinary personnel responsibility (personnel selection, leadership & development) of your store team in cooperation with your Area Manager
* Responsibility for our sales and customer experience targets including KPI management & optimisation
* Excellent store management (e.g. checkout, stock, visual merchandising)

* Authentic, optimistic personality with an entrepreneurial & open mindset
* Proactive people leader and brand ambassador with effective communication skills (German: very good; English: basic knowledge)
* Very good handling of digital tools as well as structured & solution-oriented way of working and flexibility
* Affinity to beauty and at least 2 years of experience in disciplinary staff management from a service-oriented industry (e.g.: Retail, Cosmetics, Fashion, Cruise, Hospitality, Gastronomy).
