Job Description:

YOUR SHOES TO FILL:
* Manages prototyping and sampling through the technical part of the organization
* Drives and monitors technical progress
* Is a reality checker, consultant and sparring partner towards PLM and design right from the start of a new seasonal product project
* Implements innovation and newness into feasible concepts and pushes interfaces for new ways of working (in very close alignment with material development, purchasing, engineering and innovation team
* Enables and manages strong internal interfaces (purchasing, production) to work effectively across company functions/departments

YOUR WALK OF LIFE:
* Education in the field of materials, development and/or manufacturing processes
* First experiences with different materials and product development processes
* First experiences with Product Lifecycle Management Systems are a benefit
* Business fluent in German and in Englisch
