Your Role:
* You will be responsible for customer quality and regulatory inquiry support. As a member of a global team, you will serve as a second level support contact for the Commercial organization. You will interact with various internal contacts to coordinate the provision of quality documentation.
* Candidates must be available to work on-site in Darmstadt, Germany, for 3-4 days per week. Remote work is not an option.
Who you are:
* Advanced student in Life Science, Chemistry, or related field
* Strong communication skills (C1) in English
* Willingness to acquire or extend knowledge of quality and regulatory topics
* Proactive approach to problem-solving
* Ability to navigate a cross-cultural environment
