We are looking for a Risk Analyst to join our Risk team at Viva.com. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of risk areas, ensuring that our organization maintains stability and meets its strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles and have the adaptability to respond to an evolving business landscape.

Responsibilities
* Identify, assess, and monitor risks across different areas;
* Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures;
* Conduct risk assessments and create risk reports for Senior Management and relevant Committees;
* Prepare regulatory risk reports to ensure compliance with regulatory framework;
* Support the automation and improvement of risk monitoring and reporting processes.

Candidate Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in a risk management role within a financial institution or as a consultant in the financial services sector;
* AI literacy: Ability to work with and adapt to AI-powered tools;
* Strong understanding of IFRS9;
* Knowledge of regulatory reporting frameworks (e.g., COREP, FINREP) is highly desirable;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and macros;
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek;
* Ability to adapt to new situations in a fast-paced environment
