Sales Training Expert

Job Description:

Design and deliver learning programs that strengthen the capabilities and performance of our Sales teams.

Job description:
* Identify training needs in collaboration with Sales leaders and key stakeholders.
* Design and deliver in-person, virtual and blended sales training programs.
* Develop engaging learning material, including presentations, videos, case studies and job aids.
* Handle digital platforms and tools used in sales training activities and provide guidance and training to Sales teams on their use.
* Coordinate the onboarding and training of new Sales colleagues.
* Support Sales teams through workshops, coaching and performance-focused learning initiatives.
* Collect feedback and evaluate the effectiveness and business impact of training programs.
* Collaborate with internal experts and external training partners to organize learning activities.
* Maintain accurate records of training content, participation, evaluation results and costs.

Desired Skills/Experience:
* Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Learning & Development professional or in a similar role.
* Experience in sales; insurance or financial services experience is considered an asset.
* Ability to manage the full training cycle, from needs analysis to delivery and evaluation.
* Experience with in-person and virtual facilitation, e-learning platforms and digital learning tools.
* BSc degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration or a relevant field.
* Excellent command of Greek and English; relevant training certification is considered an asset.
