Feladatok
* Garanciális, valamint 0 km-es vevői reklamációk vizsgálata, analízise
* A garanciális analízis dokumentálása, az előírt folyamatok, a vevői és a (COMPANY NAME) QRQC követelményeinek betartása
* Garanciális kiesések adatainak összegyűjtése, elemzési eredmények összegzése és vevőnek történő bemutatásának támogatása, szükség esetén eszkaláció
* A garanciális kötelezettségek, felelősségek meghatározása a vevővel
* Termék hibaanalízisek, elemzések elvégzése
* Kapcsolattartás a társosztályokkal, termeléssel illetve külföldi R&D központokkal
