Job Description:

The Mobility Electronics (ME) division develops new electronic control units (e.g. for combustion engines, comfort functions, airbags) and a wide range of sensors (e.g. for battery charge state, inertial, yaw-rate, pressure, NOx) in close cooperation with manufacturing. These products are engineered to a state of the art level both in technology and reliability and are to be found in cars of a very large group of manufacturers.
Your tasks:
► Mechanical design of automotive components based on customer specifications
► Development and evaluation of design solutions
► Detailing of solutions in the 3D CAD system, taking into account functional, material, manufacturing technology and economic aspects
► Creation of drawings, tolerance calculations, risk assessments and all required documentation of the design and development processes
► Evaluation of measurement reports from suppliers and RB plants and support release process
► Supporting quality assurance with D-FMEA, DRBFM, etc
► Discuss of the design with internal and external parties (customer, supplier, RB plants ...)

Qualifications:

► Bsc/Msc in mechanical engineering
► Experience in 3D CAD modelling
► High level of precision
► Good communication skills
► Ability to work independently
► English knowledge skills
