External Affairs (Corporate Affairs & Market Access) and Country Coordinator
location: Budapest Hungary (hybrid)

This is an exciting role combining administrative support and senior level coordination with the high visibility area of internal communications. Within this position, you will be giving an administrative support for corporate affairs and market access functions and you will be responsible for coordinating internal communications of the Hungarian subsidiary, and coordination of projects defined by local management.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Corporate Affairs & Market Access Support

* Supporting the two functions and teams: administrative support, internal financial flows, contracting, follow up on financial payments.
* Monitoring and reporting of annual financial plans and actual expenditure
* Coordination of self-organized and company-sponsored events (non-medical events)
* Administrative support for attendance and participation in events: travel, accommodation, licensing of professional materials in an approval system, etc.
* Support for everyday workflows

Internal Communication

* Coordinating regular central corporate communications
* Coordination task in connection with the announcement and follow-up of various external and internal events organized by the responsible areas of the company
* Ensuring corporate communication about pre-arranged decisions of local management

Country Coordination

* Coordinating business reviews, liaising with senior managers, assistants, scheduling, logistics and meals
* Project management coordination
* Internal communication based on cluster director guidance and close cooperation with HR
* End to end management and coordination of the local management team meetings (including agenda, notes and follow-up)
* Preparation and organization of all-company internal events for the affiliate

CRUCIAL REQUIREMENTS
* Strong experience in coordinating and administering a fast-paced company
* Agility
* University degree
* High level of user digital literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
* Strong leadership and management capabilities
* Fluency in English
