Position Title: Tax Analyst or staff

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation and review of tax returns for individuals and businesses.
* Conduct research on tax regulations and compliance issues.
* Support senior tax professionals in tax planning and strategy development.
* Help in the analysis of financial statements and tax-related documents.
* Participate in client meetings and assist in providing tax advice.
* Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:
* Internship experience in tax or accounting is a plus.
