Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience. Demonstrated strong project and program management experience, with a passion for delivering high-quality data within aggressive project timelines. Highly self-directed and proactive, adept at thriving in ambiguous and fast-paced environments. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proven ability to effectively lead and motivate diverse project teams, including members from various organizational functions. Extensive experience in stakeholder management, adept at establishing strong relationships and successfully leading complex, multi-functional projects. Prior experience managing international data collection and annotation projects is a significant advantage. Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, with a consistent focus on standardizing and automating existing processes for enhanced efficiency. A track record of successful collaboration with teams across diverse organizations and global time zones. High degree of adaptability and flexibility, coupled with strong creative decision-making and technical problem-solving abilities. A strategic thinker capable of synthesizing the big picture while navigating ambiguity and uncertainty. Possesses sound judgment and strong decision-making capabilities, even under pressure.
