The implementation team, part of Trust and Agency Services (TAS), works closely with both the specialist Sales and Client Services team to coordinate the onboarding of new Clients and the execution of new Transactions acting as the control centre for adopting new clients and transactions to the Bank.

As part of the Client Implementation team, you will be responsible for the successful onboarding and lifecycle management of the client entity within the TAS business. You will be required to engage directly with clients and their administrative vehicles in addition to the various internal and external transaction parties. These transaction parties perform functions to ensure that the Bank has all necessary legal and regulatory documentation required to successfully create and maintain the client profile in accordance with the regulatory obligations placed on (COMPANY NAME).

Your key responsibilities
* Manage a small team of client implementation specialists
* Review and ensure all required Know Your Client (KYC) Regulatory requirements for new and existing clients are met
* Liaise with Clients, internal client services teams, compliance, and operations as necessary as part of the KYC process to ensure transactions and queries are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner
* Manage and oversee the TAS Client Perimeter, including off boarding and managed exit processes
* Complete Client Outreach with the ability to work with tight deadlines and participate in internal and external calls to facilitate the case completion
* Support wider KYC/ On-boarding teams, client services teams and wider business on an ongoing basis

Your skills and experience
* Strong KYC experience and knowledge
* A good understanding of the global financial services industry and Debt capital markets, although training will be provided where needed
* A background in Transaction Banking and in a Securities and/or Equities environment is preferable
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with an ability to articulate clearly in accordance with any given audience
* Multi-lingual skills including German, Italian, Spanish, French and Russian would be beneficial
