Overview This role will be member of global team providing supporting for the Treasury Systems ecosystem at Publicis. From day-to-day resolution of issues and access management in various systems, to longer-term project support involvement for global deployments and system implementations. Responsibilities Skills & Experience Knowledge of Treasury or banking environment Experience with FIS products Quantum and Trax (FIS Payments Hub), or similar Treasury/Payment systems Understanding of payments and statements formats (MT, CAMT, pain) Ability to work independently Able to build and maintain strong working relationships internally and externally Team player with good communication skills and attention to detail Key Tasks Daily monitoring of our treasury management ticketing systems Support all treasury operation system issues out of Trax and Quantum.
