Rome Business School is a managerial training and research institute of excellence based in Rome, active in the whole of Italy and internationally. Introduction
The Student Services Specialist must be willing and eager to work in an international environment, based in Rome, who speaks English well and supports both international and national students. This position will report to the Customer Service Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities
* Support online students in the post enrollment process (pre-start activities).
* Deal with customer service suppliers over the phone and via email.
* Provide general information about the school over the phone and via email
* Students' welcoming activities.
* Take part to students' orientation activities online and to student fairs online.
* Find and provide new providers for discounts, student clubs.
* Manage a dedicated email address and deal with other secretarial activities.
* Alignment with academic department for student status.
* Execute online student orientation activities.
* Prepare report and share it with Customer Service Manager and Management.

Requirements

Requirements
* Italian and English proficiency (other languages are a plus)
* Good knowledge of the local area (Rome)
* Customer oriented, proactive and driven
* Good IT skills (advanced Excel)
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work in a team and under pressure
* Proven organizational skills
* Customer care orientation
* previous experience in the educational field is a plus
