Junior Buyer

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Junior Buyer to join the Operations team of Dolce&Gabbana Casa.

The ideal candidate will support the purchasing activities for our luxury home collection, ensuring timely procurement and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to guarantee smooth operations and contribute to the success of our division.

Key Responsabilities:

* Manage purchase orders for materials and products related to Dolce&Gabbana Casa;

* Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet operational needs;

* Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms while maintaining quality standards;

* Track deliveries and resolve any issues related to delays or discrepancies;

* Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize the supply chain;

* Maintain accurate records and reports on purchasing activities.

Key Requirements:

* Fluency in Italian and English; other languages are considered a plus;

* Previous experience or internship in purchasing, supply chain, or operations is a plus;

* Strong organizational and negotiation skills;

* Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems;

* Passion for the luxury design and home décor world.
