Working with the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management of the sales team and ensuring the highest level of customer service throughout the store in line with Moynat expectations.
Holding a 2-year higher education diploma minimum, complemented by a successful experience of at least 5 years in sales, ideally in luxury. Operational excellence, team spirit, availability, curiosity, listening skills, agility, interpersonal skills. Mastery of cash register and reporting tools (CEGID, Excel, etc.) You are fluent in Italian/English, fluency in a third language is a real asset
