Role and Responsibilities:
· Partner to hire with managers and POP to understand the capacity plan and business needs
· Share talent market trends and size pipeline needs
· Source, attract & qualify the best candidates using the best recruitment channels and selection tools
· Ensure a great candidate experience all along the recruitment process
· Run efficiently and with accuracy Talent Acquisition process and tools
· Report and learn from data and KPI's to suggest improvements of user experiences and enhance our talent acquisition processes and policies

Qualifications
· 2+ years' experience on inhouse recruiter or similar experience
· Good level of English Communication Skill
