Junior Project Manager Dairy (Temporary, 9 months)

Job Description:

Are you passionate about driving innovation and operational excellence in the food industry? We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our Dairy category team and support the successful execution of innovation, renovation, and productivity projects.

Please note that this is a temporary role for 9 months.

Your main responsibilities will be:

* Lead and coordinate Dairy projects with local and global stakeholders, including factories.

* Develop project plans with timelines, risk assessments, and contingency options.

* Train stakeholders on IPRO project management tools and methods.

* Manage project communication and documentation across the organization.

* Escalate risks and deviations versus timelines; propose corrective actions.

* Conduct root cause investigations for project or process deviations.

* Own project tools (Iproview, InnoPro) and ensure post-launch reviews.

In order to be successful in the role we believe that you have:

* Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

* 1–2 years’ experience in project coordination, preferably in FMCG/Dairy.

* Strong organizational and communication skills; proactive and detail oriented.

* Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus.

* Collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.

* Fluent in written and spoken English, with preference of knowledge of Latvian or a Nordic language.
