Information about the position

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to join one of our Product Engineering teams within Vinted Go working on parcel delivery operations. E.g.:

* Core features of the VintedGo carrier
* APIs for our partners to ensure smooth integrations
* Tools for operatives under the roof that keep our operations efficient
* Midmile truck management
* Relabelling

Your main responsibility will be:

* Owning the delivery management and aligning with stakeholders (internal and external)
* Maintaining the health and maturity of the team
* Ensuring Quality of Engineering

In this position, you'll

* Drive the implementation of the technical strategy within the team
* Ensure the team's deliveries and Key Results are achieved
* Collaborate closely with other Engineers to bring continuous improvements in Engineering organization
