Position purpose: Analytical application and workflow development to support LC instruments and consumables product development, product introductions, and product marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the planning, execution, and documentation of experiments using HPLC and LC-MS instruments, software, and consumables to evaluate product performance and customer deployment readiness, with a focus on pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical workflows.
* Perform application-based evaluations and competitive comparisons of HPLC sample preparation and separation consumables (e.g., SPE materials, LC columns) and assist in summarizing results to support product positioning and customer-facing activities.
* Contribute to the development of technical and marketing content, including application notes, technical briefs, white papers, web content, and blog posts, in collaboration with Product Marketing teams.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Marketing, and R&D, to support new product development and workflow solution projects with focus on pharma and biopharma.
* Assist in the preparation of product launch materials, training content, customer presentations, and other educational resources.
* Support customer engagement activities by gathering feedback, understanding application challenges, and contributing insights on market needs and trends.
* Prepare scientific data and presentations for conferences, seminars, and customer events, and participate in external events as required.
* Maintain laboratory equipment, inventory, and consumable supplies to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality laboratory operations.
Qualifications, Education, Experience & Skills
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
* Hands-on laboratory experience with HPLC and/or LC-MS, gained through industry experience, internships, academic research, or equivalent practical training.
* Basic understanding of pharmaceutical and/or biopharmaceutical analytical workflows, including sample preparation and chromatographic analysis.
* Knowledge of chromatography, mass spectrometry, or related analytical techniques is preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively collaborate in cross-functional and global teams.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet project deadlines in a dynamic environment.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn new technologies and applications.

CompensationThe monthly salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is EUR2,000.00-EUR2,916.67
