Requirement Engineer Triple A Plus

We are seeking an experienced Senior Triple'A Plus Business Analyst with deep expertise in private banking processes and the Temenos Triple'A Plus Wealth Management platform. You will be responsible for translating business needs into high-quality functional solutions, understanding technical constraints related to the Triple'A ecosystem, and driving continuous system improvements based on user feedback.

YOUR CHALLENGE

* Elicit, refine, and document detailed user requirements
* Map business needs to Triple'A Plus capabilities and related technology solutions
* Analyse and document current and future business and system process flows
* Understand and optimize user journeys, proposing improvements where needed
* Challenge business and technical processes to align with the standard operating model
* Collaborate closely with technology teams to define fit-for-purpose solutions
* Prepare clear and comprehensive functional and technical specifications
* Follow up on development tasks to ensure alignment with requirements
* Maintain complete requirement traceability to support robust testing
* Reduce defects/change requests through high-quality documentation and design
* Coordinate and participate in system testing
* Work with other Scrum, product, and technology teams to achieve optimal outcomes
* Prepare user guides, training materials, and presentations for various audiences
* Provide Level 3 production support, including issue analysis, specification, Triple'A configuration, and testing

YOUR PROFILE

Education
* Higher academic education in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field Strong

Professional Skills & Experience
* Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
* Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation capabilities
* Ability to work collaboratively and independently under tight deadlines
* Strong written and spoken English; French and/or German are advantageous
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Core Expertise
* Strong understanding of:
* Private banking business processes
* Order management flows
* Financial products across asset classes
* Corporate actions
* Portfolio performance analysis
* Previous hands-on experience with Triple'A Plus
* Deep expertise in Triple'A core modules (Scripts, Formats, Screens, IC, DV, HC, etc.)
* Understanding of Triple'A technical constraints and data mapping with Temenos T24
* Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum preferred)

Additional Beneficial Skills
* Experience with Temenos solutions (T24, Insight, etc.)
* Knowledge of UML and object-oriented design patterns
* Familiarity with database engines and ERD design
* Experience with process design and management tools
